I found that the best way to lose and keep off the weight is to decrease calories. You can still eat but small portions only. I found that when I eat a small breakfast and a healthy lunch with A reasonable dinner my weight stays off. I excercise but not enough so I rely on the fewer calories to even it out. I also try not to eat after 6:00pm-believe me it works(-:
