I also love to think or analyze and i get some type of kick out of it. I’d enjoy sitting down in the middle of nowhere just thinking. This is also why I also love to dream. It’s another world, another place to let your imagination and thinking mind roam freee. I must really sound like aN IDIOT but hey. I love stuff like this.

I love the feeling of a daydream. I’ve only have, I think, a few and they were really short but after them I was amazed how people’s minds can drift off and how interesting and (oddly enough)enjoyable. BuT I’ve never have a really intersting or long enough daydream and they come very very very rarely. Honestly, I think the last time I’ve had one was about 3 years ago. And ever since I have been dying to have another one.
I think it’s time to have a little chat with Mr. daydream fairy.

I stopped doing this for a while – maybe things weren’t so stressful and I didn’t feel the need. Anyway, when the pressure is on, I’ve found it to be really worthwhile. I’m a nicer person to be with if I’ve had my time to dream – that’s for sure.

Daydream? Meditate? I’m not sure what I’m doing here – but I’ve taken to lying down on a hard floor in a private place for 20 minutes or so (on an almost daily basis) and just letting my mind wander. Initially I seem to focus on the things that were on my mind (‘problems’), then my mind tends to drift off to wierd and wonderful places, finally I tend to be inspired with ‘solutions’ to my problems. Then I’m ready to get up – which I do feeling very refreshed.
