Disobey when I believe it is fair

definitly doing this. It actually is one of my main characteristics not to be able to do something when disagree with it. It sometimes brings me problems, but I’m proud to be like that.

better named “speak my mind”. It would be less proud.

Anyway, I couldn’t help speaking my mind once again, at work, yesterday, and yet it had an effect. My boss is playing the boss, which I need. And I have interesting and important stuff to do. Yeah !

have to take another meaning ?

This goal is related to many, many things.

For now, let’s just say I (after having thinking about it for weeks) adopted it after a talk with collegues at work, about the way we are managed… I disagree with the way we are managed, about how we work, about the non-sense of what we are doing. And we are (to make a long story short) building social housing, which is a sensitive subject in the world we live in. If we don’t invent, if we don’t propose, if we don’t do our job corectly, social housing might just not exist anymore in this country in a few years.

You might think I’m exagerating, but I’m not. I mean, I am not the person on whose shoulders it’s resting, but my shoulders are one of those, and it’s definitly my department’s shoulders we’re talking about.

So, it might be useless (it will probably be useless), but I shall stop shouting my mouth and pretend everything is OK. Everything is fucking not OK ! And I definitly have to express what I feel, even if it’s useless. ‘The system’ is so big everybody believes it’s useless to say anything. And then…
