set up my altar

I’ve seen altars from other people, ones that maybe don’t have a specific religion attached but are places to put things they find spiritually inspirational or empowering. One woman had many different goddess images from different cultures. Another woman has a mix of native fetishes and natural objects. Someone else I saw had quotes, catholic saints, and hindu gods. Another person had images of Buddha, Gandhi, Martin Luther King and Mother Theresa because they were about peace. Since I don’t actually have a god myself, I thought I would follow this route and make an altar of things/images/words I find meaningful. What matters is that it speaks to me, not that it follows a specific dogma. 4 months ago
