My wife is pregnant of our second child, a daughter.

Right – This is it! anyone, someone or all please tell me now! How the F*c! can I loose weight, fast but not by starving or having to cook much. C’mon, ive put weight back on over winter and summer is fast approaching, I would luv to wear a bikini and not feel like a beached whale!

So anyone who has some quick tips or eating plans that have helped you, I would much appreciate your imput!

Doin a lot of that lately. Sitting. ....Ok…..I’ve had enough being the victim…It’s my job…I don’t have the time….It’s too hard. Enough misery and self loathing. Every time I resolve to relent and eat something (like I’m doing now…chocolate hazelnuts) I am putting it off and refusing to see myself a week down the track a kilo or so lighter. Why is it hard to prefer the short term fix rather than realise and attain the long term benefit?? Noticed that no one seems to have posted a blog on attaining said goal. Suppose that’s a challenge in itself. So tomorrow is it. Day one. Goal: Join Gym. Reduce Sav Blanc intake to 3 standard units. No long corporate lunches for entire week. Good plan.

Splitting up with someone really is the only way destined for me to loose weight. Went from 65 to 60 in a fortnight! But as soon as it came off it was very fast to regain! Have kept busy at gym and watching my eating habits – now at 61 healthily.

So i want to loose 10kgs by summer…well new years eve, which is in a month, and a bit more. I know its possible as long as i commit. So starting from tomrow my new diet:D



Back on track 3 years ago

After booking a holiday overseas PLUS being in a friends wedding Ive finally decided to knuckle down and really give it a go. Sticking to the diet and taking the dog for a jog 3 x a week.
Two weeks later (with minor binging on weekends) ive lost 2 kilos and very happy!! Only another 8 to go.

Started on this high protein low carb diet, was feeling really good during the week, then CRASH BANG!!
Failed miserably when spending a night away with the boyf last weekend. Lollies, fish n chips, steak and not to mention the pre-mixed bacardi and coke. Trying to pull myself out of the slump and try again. Wish me luck!
