teach my kids that their life work should be about their passion not money

My son is twelve. It is hard to know really what a boy’s passion is but he really loves to cook. He says he would like to become a chef. He loves to watch cooking shows and cooking competitions like Top Chef and Hell’s Kitchen. He already has many dishes he likes to make. So this past weekend we went to a small village about 1 1/2 hours from where we live. In this village is a very well respected cooking school that starts at the high school level. Meaning he would start in two years. He absolutely loved it. I couldn’t believe how excited he got about it. Hopefully we are working to achieve this goal for him. 4 years ago
