Since I got my niece I realized just how bad smoking in my house was so I’ve stopped smoking in it and I even cleaned the entire place so now it doesn’t smell like an ashtray anymore. It’s so much better for my niece now. I’ve also cut back greatly on my smoking! I may be dying for a cigarette but I’m still so proud of myself, I may be the only one but I don’t really care. Plus playing my music will get easier now (I hope).

I’ve been a smoker since I was 12 and that was 7 years ago which I know isn’t that long for smokers. On my 17th birthday i vowed i would quit but that was two years ago and I’m still doing it, the only thing i can say is that I’ve cut back a lot since then but as much as I loath to admit it, I’m addicted and as such I find myself unable to quit. I’m writing this as a plea for help from someone who has successfully quit to tell me how they did it so maybe I can too.
