How I did it: the toughest part of jogging, was waking up early to go in the perfect weather. the first day i jogged, i just walked to train my legs first, it felt really good. i felt refreshed and i wanted to jog more! after the second jogging session, it got easier for me to wake up and jog! wish me luck! and wake me up please, thank you.
I’ve set this as my challenge, but I can’t start it until probably September when I move for school. As soon as I’m in my new place, I will be going out every morning I can as often early as I can and I’m going to attempt to do this even though I’ve never been a good runner. But I think I can get the hang of it so long as I don’t have a bunch of athletic kids laughing at me and waiting for me so we can go back to the locker room, like in high school.
every sunday morning at 6.30am, starting from the coming weekend, i will jog for at least 15 minutes. 3x in 3 weekends in a row, then only shall it be considered done. and of course i will continue jogging afterwards…
Basically, I’m living in Germany and the area where I live is perfect for jogging! I’m jogging 10 times round the block each day! Let’s hope it lasts! Legs are a bit sore but no pain no gain!
:)
I used to jog in the mornings but have let it slide for several months due to a crazy schedule and not enough sleep. But things are about to settle down so I should really get back out there; it really used to set me up for the day.
haven’t done any exercise in six years, and tonight i felt enough was enough. So i went out jogging at 10pm (notice how i picked a time when there’d be fewer people to laugh and point). I felt like I was going to die – only managed two minutes of jogging interspersed with twenty minutes of walking fast, but i’m proud i managed that, to be honest. When i got back home, I felt amazing, even though i had about five stitches and sounded like an asthmatic.
Currently nursing two messed-up knees, but once I’m all fixed, I’ll be back to jogging my usual 7 miles Monday, Wednesday and Friday each & every week as I’ve been doing for the last 4 years.
Well worth the blood, sweat and tears…
still havent overcome my laziness to go jogging regularly..god give me the will power
