pretty self explantory. i want to learn a langauge and picked persian because its easier than arabic and i like all the countries that speak it. plus it sounds like cussing in english which is pretty amazing since i cuss enough already
my gf is persian and so is her dad, it would mean a lot to him to be able to talk in his native language
i’ll learn persian just so i can understand the dirty gossips going around which some members of my family speak
PERSIAN IS VERY BEUTEFUL AND EASY LANGUAGE ,ITRY TO LEARN IT BECAUSE ME VISITED IRAN SIX TIMES AND IHAVE SOME FRINEDS.
I’ve already tried it some ( www.easypersian.com )but then that Chinise in China thing changed my shedule, i will try it later anyway. I want to learn this language for many reosons, at first if French is the literature language of West, i think Persian is the same for the East. Second thing is to get familiar with classical turkish writings one should get familiar also with Persian. The third thing; i like Iran, i love Persian, i love Persian Poetry and of course big black eyes of Iran Girls.
I took 4 years worth of persian classes at Emory University in 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed all of them. I even auditted some when my class-hour limite wouldnt allow me to take more. In most of the classes i took, i was the only non-native speaker of persian. the rest were all fluent persian speakerse and were only taking the class for an easy A after learning the writing system in the first weeks. I love the language and would encourage anyone interested to at least give it a shot.
