I put a small notebook by my nightstand. I’ve found that my mind is better able to focus on the things that need to get done, and better able to prioritize those things first thing in the morning.
Today’s list includes things for tomorrow. And, in any case, today’s list (without the tomorrow items) has 36 “to-do” today items. I’ve finished three items (and it’s 1:45 p.m.) – I’ve started.
