I had retired this goal for a later time in my life. Now I feel like this is something that I really do want. I need to do some other things first, but I really do want this. I have 3 years of nursing experience, all in a level 1 trauma center emergency department. I have mailed in my CEN application. I have possible plans to take an EMT course in March. The CEN and EMT stuff are requirements for the service that I want to work for. I also would really like to have more ICU and pediatric experience first. Another problem…I want to have a baby too. I think that this will delay things, but it’s definitely a more immediate goal. So maybe I can be flying in a few years! 4 years ago
