i have let a lot of stress build up in my life. by learning coping skills, i feel that i can better manage my time. this is something i have actively been working on to better my health using a lot of the tactics i have listed. it is actually how i am trying to live my life. aren’t we all? but it is the stress of destressing that is the hardest to deal with.
