i actually tried to get up early, but i ended up getting up later… really worsens the quality of sleep to have the alarms go off, wake up, and then nod back off for awhile…

i woke up late last friday and today. I woke up at 530 yesterday.
i still cant get a routine together!

I woke up around 5:05am. I had breakfast, played with my dogs, and took my time getting ready!
I made some coffee and I’ve even had time to sit and watch a little tv.
waking up early is alot easier than running late. 6 years ago
no matter what time i go to bed, i cant get up early. i have to be at work at 7am but im always hitting the snooze button and i cant seem to get up early enough to not have to rush.
i’m going to try again tomorrow morning.
