act with more respect and kindness towards others

it’s very hard to keep kindness and respect in my head when someone outside is smoking and it’s wafting into the house… grrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!

at this in general this year but now we’re almost to finals week so I’m sure I’m going to be in a pissy mood for part of that… end of the semester brings out the worst in some students and therefore it also brings out the worst in my outlook re: same! go figure! anyway maybe since I’ve been better during most of the semester that will carry over and help me not turn quite so negative as usual during finals… :)
