I contacted the African library program, who seemed considerably eager at first but quickly waned, and have not heard back from them for nearly 6 months. Therefore, I am going to put this goal on hold until I can feasibly comlplete it. Good luck to all who are actively pursuing it.

Over a year ago, I posed the question, “Where to Begin?”
Today, I’ve come across a new African library that is need of books as well as sponsorship of solar panels to aid in night learning. I’ve finally discovered a direction to proceed with this endeavor. We’ll see how it goes.
