My son put “How to Meditate” with Pema Chodron on my i.pod today. If I was really dedicated, I would listen to it. However, the trouble with being a student, a mom and an employee is that if I ever do have time to close my eyes, I usually fall asleep. ;)

has helped me see the light and that sitting crossed legged is not the only way to meditate, it has opened a whole new world for me and i feel more relaxed and there is a kind of peace that is slowly creeping in; getting my writing back on track, means writinig Morning Pages. They are a form of meditation. I like sitting there in bed, the sun has not even risen yet, and I am writing my thoughts, random as they flow through me un-checked. What’s better, is it makes my meditating time better, more enhanced. This past two weeks have been beautiful.
