Make love in front of a log fire

First, love my body.

In our AMAZING little cottage on the shores of Loch Ness, in front of a fire I built myself with wood and Scottish coal. In fact, we did this more than once. It was fantastic.

Ha! We did end up renting a house with a real wood-burning fireplace, so I will hopefully be able to indulge in this fantasy multiple times.

I would so adore finding a house with a fireplace. Maybe…

Very romantic. And it was the first fire we’ve had at the house since buying it last winter. (=

I’ll get to do this with my new husband. The cottage we hope to get has a wood fireplace. A crackling fire on a cold night, with a glass of red wine, or a whisky, and a beautiful man…sounds like heaven. ;)

girlfriend set up candles and a mattress pad covered in blankets next to the fireplace and laid down with a blanket loosely covering herself. then she called me to come over.

I’d love to feel the heat on our naked skin, with the soft light flickering and dancing as we listen to the crackle of the logs.
