so i am pretty much in love with Japan.
everything is so cute there, and the culture is so rich.
i want to move there eventually, i know alot of people have hopes and dreams, but im dreaming the hardest. ;) A rewroked Marilyn quote for you.
Anyways Japan has so much to offer, new technology, cute styles, good education, great food, and plenty of other things.
it all started when i joined bebo, i started learning about Ganguro a style popular in Japan for awhile. EVentually i wanted to learn all about Japan. FOr culture day my class even did a presentation on Japan.
wait, technically it started when i was about 6 or 7 years old and Sailor Moon came out. That show is my LIFE.
ps;
not to mention their movies, music, and beauty products all seriously have me lemming!

I feel like I don’t belong in America.
Almost as if Japan will be a better place for me.
But if it isn’t, then there’s nowhere for me.
At least I would have tried.

I lived in Japan for many years, acting, modeling, Commercials, narration. I was a regular on a daily TV show for 11 years. Occationally I taught English. Living in Japan is deffinately worth it. While living there, you can travel all over SE Asia. I’m now in Hawaii, but hope to move to Singapore, my favorite city.

It was never more than a fantasy.
What would I even do there?

GalacticLu is thinking of ways to spend her money carefully
Before I wanted to do character designing I wanted to be a Mangaka but since I can’t speak Japanese I figured it would be to hard, but someday I’ll move there and do it!

I hope to one day get a degree in teaching and go to Japan to teach English. I really want to learn about the Japanese culture and I hope that I am able to meet some awesome people and make great new friends.

I want to move there so I can be around the basis of anime, manga, and good cuisine. Which my definition of good is askew from others but still good anyway.

Goals in Mind
12 months ago
Now depending on how future contracts work out this might get pushed back.
I already have the College education and have a small amount of Japanese already under my wing.
Teaching English might be the next step.
We shall see.

I think there’s a big difference between moving to Japan and living in Japan (although at first glance, that sentence is incredibly redundant). While my interest in the Japanese language and art scene is still there, I no longer feel like I need to move there as word “move” seems too permanent.
I’d love to live in Japan. I’m still learning Japanese and immersion is, I feel, the best way to learn any language. But Korea really took my heart and soul. I think when I get tired of living there, I’ll call Japan home for a few months before returning.
Who knows. I’m still young. I can fool around. ^^;
