I listen to the wisdom of my heart~
Carol got a message that on this day, God wants her to know…
... that it’s your heart that knows who loves you, not your ears or eyes.
Listen to the words, and you can be fooled. Look at the actions, and you can be fooled. You are loved only when you feel loved. Who makes your heart soar now? Well, what are you waiting for?

I am reading this great book “The 4-Hour Work Week”
I bought right after losing my job. It’s very inspiring,
and reminded me about “options”.

I have been very stressed out lately.
I think alot of it started at work.
I had to take a week sick leave because
my blood pressure got too high. I haven’t
done anything this week, just decompressed.
But, thinking about changing jobs has crossed my mind.

I can be angry if I want to.
I can claim my happiness and not be ashamed.
After all I am only human,
and entitled to the pleasures of this carnal world.
But, if i chose to uplift my spirit to loftier
goals, then another perspective opens up.
Whatever I chose, it’s really ok.

“This is something that I would like to remember all the time; I suppose it’s another way of saying that I always have a choice. While it’s true that there are forces out of my control that affect me, what I do about things is still my decision because there are always options (although not all of them are obvious). It’s a matter of taking responsibility for myself and for my life, it’s a way of not finding excuses and blaming things on other people when I could’ve done something myself. It’s also knowing when to be content with what I have and when what I have isn’t exactly what I need or deserve.
Wow. This is a big goal”“
Thankyou milkbox, I think I will have to meditate on this one
