I joined without knowing what it was, but I see that some of you wanted a diet plan or rules on how to lose weight. I am currently at my heaviest and need to lose weight. I don’t want to take pills or starve but I want to lose weight and just need a little help.
Im twenty and about two years ago I told my ex-boyfriend I would neer let myself get carried away. I was lean and fit and healthy, ate right and did exercise, two years later i find myself tipping one seventy…i’m depressed and nothing fits…I need to be back to normal, if not I don’t know where i’ll end up any help? what is this program?
Yesterday I stuck to 1900 again, in fact I was ever so slightly below. I’m eating with friends/family tonight so I’m already getting anxious… the positive side is that almost everyone I will be eating with wants to lose weight, too!
Last night I had dinner w/my boyfriend and it turned out ok- I just need to think of something we can all eat. Sandwiches are easily quantified but not ideal for dinner w/others. And if they decide to eat out.. :-s
OOPS Have just consumed 7 chocolate bars plus several brownie bites… on top of normal food. Will have to forgo this one… Good luck to the rest of you!!
