I get so many skeezy messages from [mainly] guys on messengers, that I’m going to input it as my contact number. I think that, more than anything, qualifies as handing this out.
Even with that, I will also give it to people in person. Yay me!

Simply put I am tired of the persistance when you say your not interested,so this way you can give them a number to satisfy them and move on hoping you never see them again.

except you are a little afraid at first because they may know the number already and try to run you over or something. but when it works and they leave…!!!!! HAHAHAHAHHAHA… and you have to make sure that they don’t try to call you as soon as you give them the number. that is another way to get run over@!!$%%#
