This is a biggy that I have issues with at the moment and end up sleep like forever when I dont need to.
There is so much you can do in a day and oversleeping which I do limits that. Also I find I get tired during the day because I cant be bothered as I didnt get up early and do some exercise or something. And I am more orginized and focused about the day when I get up early.

I keep losing time !!!

I’m (actively) battling depression currently but my sleep patterns are all out of wack, and If i dont get up as soon as i wake, it usually means another 2 hours of sleep i will fall into.
I want to wake up and get up with energy, create a good habbitt again
