I’m working out daily, but I don’t know if daily crunches are realistic/beneficial anymore. I’ve been doing them a few times a week, but I find running has really helped tone my stomach as well.

I want to start by doing 20 in the morning and night. if I can keep that up, I’ll intensify within the week.

Did 100 to start off today.



I did it 22 months ago

I made a goal to do 50 pushups and 100 sit ups every day this year, and it’s not that hard. Although sometimes I find myself doing them at 1 in the morning because of homework, I have persevered.



Forget I want to do crunches every day.. 2 years ago

.. I just want to want to do crunches every day. Then it won’t be so difficult.



Crunches are my worst enemy 2 years ago

I can exercise by myself when I feel like it, but any regimen I have ever done, I skip the crunches.

They have always been the hardest for me, but if I really want to get fit, they need to become apart of my day so, I am doing what I like to call my Track Coach’s Punishment Sit-Up

It starts regular position, you know knees up hands on opposite shoulders, then Halfway Up, Twist Left, Rigt, All the way down, All the Way Up, Down, Repeat…I can do 8 without wanting to die, so I do ten, and I will be increasing by 3 next week, then five the next…wish me luck

I start doing them then give up! lol, i dont know how many i should be doing! 50-100? I dont want to over do it! and i want to start asap!
any help?

I found an Ab-Lounge! Used for a cheap price. Gonna set it up in front of the TV and crunch away.
