How I did it: I followed the 90 minute workout faithfully each day with dietary tips and also went to jasons fitness kitchen on you tube to do his 10 minute workouts. Honestly you don't have to kill yourself to be fighting fit, you just have to be consistent and make small changes everyday until you reach your goal.You have to be vigilant thereafter or all the weight will creep back...in other words stay with it. I’m at 157.5
I’m not quite sure what my problem is. I’m unhappy with the spare tire around my waist, I long to wear my cute jeans and button all my jackets, and yet I keep eating crap that isn’t good for me.
I’m in two support group as of last week, and one of them I take a picture of the scale on Monday mornings. How’s that for motivation? :)
I would really like to start 2010 feeling good about myself.

I started to do a 2 minute power walk on the spot as of today and hope to continue this as a start.

As well as my wii fit routine.
I am wanting to lose weight badly! I have a class reunion coming up and I want to skinny and look great! I want to look different to everyone! I have tried diets I don’t want to use pills or drinks!
I have been consistently at or below this weight for several weeks now but I’m still not going to call this complete as the loss can surely be attributed to my poor eating habits, stress and nerves. Plus, I’m getting ready to head back to the land of milk and honey…and cheese and pizza and tacos and rich pasta dishes with people who like to drink a cocktail with me! So there could be some weight changes coming up in the next month or two!

I hit 159. I’m in the 50’s!!
That means officially less than 20 lbs until I’m at pre-kids weight.
(ANY kids weight. Not that far to go for pre #3 weight.)

and then stopped, which is totally my fault. Today I went back on my diet, back to the gym, and finally busted out the Wii Fit the hubs got me for mothers day.
The Wii Fit is awesome!! FUN. Much better than sitting on the couch watching TV.
Here’s hoping! I’d really like to be back into a size 8 soon.

I saw a doctor and they told me I have mild depression and that is partly why I over eat and emotionally eat so until I fix that I probably cant fix my weight.
