go to all seven continents

In June I traveled to China. Had a wonderful trip. The food was everything I thought it would be and more. MMMmmm. . Popkin. The first trip I have been on in which my veg diet was definitely not a hindrance. There were so many options that I never once felt I was missing out on something. OK maybe once, The Hotpot. But if my chinese were better I think I could have navigated around that.
Next up India!! Again am very excited about the food. Gotta be the most Veg friendly place on earth. :-)

antarctica might be a toughie!

I live in North America. I’ve been to South America, Western Europe, Africa and Antarctica. This summer I will make it to China and in January I am going to India. That takes care of the Asian continent. That will leave Australia. May not make it there for awhile, but have a plan to go to New Zealand. Maybe will have to stop of in Auzzyland just to complete the goal. :)
