sculpt something

The clay has been placed around the armature. Now to begin to sculpt the details.

This is the armature with the foil on it. Now I’m ready to begin the sculpting process.

I bought the clay today. I’m going to sculpt a neopet Kacheek. If you don’t know what that looks like, look at the picture beside my screen name. That is a kacheek in ninja clothes. I am going to do a naked Kacheek!

In school we had to make pots and make them out of coils of clay (a circular ring on top of a circular ring and so on and so forth), but mine was rubbish, so I had to keep starting again. The next time we had to sculpt something it was a vase, and it was going really well, then it was smashed in one of the lessons we weren’t there for (by another class, I mean). I put ‘worth it’ because the experience was worth it, not that I’ve ever had anything to show for it :) hehe.
