making stuff is brilliant, and cheap and you get exactly what you want. I always wanna make stuff. it’s the inner primary school craft teacher in me (maybe that’s what i should do?!). ok, what can i make…

T-shirt projects:
- I want to make a quilt out of square panels cut from old T-shirts. If I can find some old concert Ts, that would be cool.
- Stencil a plain T with “I Read Dead People.”
Other fabric projects:
- Find some cool fabric and display it in embroidery hoops for a wall arrangement.
- Make little Xander his very first punk rock denim jacket. I have an old one of Celena’s. Needs some ripping and painting done. Should be fun! Hurry before he’s too big to wear it! Guess I could do diaper pins instead of the safety pins, huh?
- Make a wall organizer out of old jeans pockets. Embellish!
Craft:
- Design and carve my own stamp out of an eraser.
Jewelry:
- Make an anklet out of a dog choker. Thread in ribbons, beads, bits of old junk jewelry, etc.
Other:
- Make a plastic beach tote out of our old shower curtain
