I am a mother to a little boy born with heart prombles and i was need help to rais money for doctor
I feel we human beings are going through a very special moment. It seems as if everything was even worse and worse in all aspects. But I think it is not true. Anyway, there are still lots and lots of people who need our help. Hunger and misery are everywhere. Sometimes I feel stingy. I want to spread my love wherever I can. I want to help people in need.
Mother of two minor sons need your help. Was laid off from job and
although has recently found work, garnishments for past due bills are
leaving them without any living expenses or food for their stomachs and
soon to be homeless. They are behind on their rent, electric, gas,
water, medical, electricity and water is scheduled for disconnect this week for missing payment. Mother was also just released from the hospital
for chest pains and dehydration.
Please help this family. They have used every resource available out
here and have been turned away. Mother has cancer and as I mentioned
just released from hospital. Please help them get to a point of a
decent life. I know in my heart that there are still good hearted and
caring people out there. I pray that I have reached them here. Please
help them from being homeless. Please mail to address below. Thank you

I am actually donating like half of my wardrobe to a nonprofit place. I am really excited to do that this coming Monday. (They only allow to take clothes on Monday’s.) But I want to do something more than just giving away clothes… I do not want to go to ghetto areas. I don’t think I could handle that too well. But does anyone know of anything else that could help other people besides soup kitchens and things like that?
Worth doing!
I’ve tried to help more people and while my current effort is kinda minimal, I think that I may actually make a habit of being involved in my community and in world affairs. Now if only I could find someone equally passionate about helping others…
Go protest on October 27th, I know I will be!
I´m looking for an NGO in Africa to go as a volunteer during my holidays. I just have a month, but I´d like to go so much. The only problem is that all the NGO that I find in Africa seem more a boy scout camp than a NGO, all of them ask for fees from 300€ to 1000€ and more. I don´t understand, I want to go there to work not as a tourist. I agree paying something to the families for the food and the place to sleep but I think that these fees are too much, I think that the NGO make their business with these fees. I´d like that they could be more honest and ask for a reasonable fee, and if you want to give more it depends on you.
What do you think?
At ATM machine with my hubby, it was quite late already (10 PM) there’s this lady with 2 kids (one is about 7 year old and the other one is just an infant) approaching us and trying to sell us some keychain.. we didn’t really want any keychain, but we bought anyway. My hubby cannot get that picture out of his mind so easily, esp. those poor kids, at late night, still roaming and selling keychain (I supposed it’s almost like the beggars, but at least they tried to make a living), he kept saying that the kid at this age would be so eager to learn a lot out of what he see and they will just absorb everything. They should be in bed get ready for school the next morning, but they were still outside, trying to get some money..Life was just too tough for them.
Helping someone in need is probably the coolest feeling ever. In all actuality its better to give than receive. I hope to one day help people everywhere, like working for a cause such as AIDS that effects so many people around the world. Or even rebuild homes to people in need.
Worth doing!
Every year since 2003, i have taken part in the Race For Life fundraising event for Cancer Research at either Upton Court Park or Richmond Deer Park. You never realise until you lose someone to cancer just how bad it actually is. So i think that everyone should do everything/as much as they can to help people in need as possible. I never want to see anyone of my family or friends go through what my grandad did. He lost his battle to cancer of the kidneys over 6 months and died at christmas.
