My classes next semester are (mostly) incredibly difficult.
One of them is going to be a shortened class (as in, half a semester long), and it’s a literature class. So that means we have to read the same number of books and do the same amount of work in half the time. Uggh. Fortunately, I’m starting ahead of time. I put two of the books we have to read on my summer reading list: Huck Finn and The Scarlet Letter.
Aside from that, I’m taking another literature class (both classes are required to take the Junior Oral Exam at the end of the school year. Ugh.). I’m also taking two psychology classes, a philosophy class, and a creative nonfiction writing class.
I’m in for a lot of hard work this semester. But I’m determined.

fireant give me rampant intellectualism as a coping mechanism
It’s never going to be easier than the first semester to get good grades.
If you do well on your undergraduate there will be bigger and better things for graduate degrees.

That’s it. I’m graduating so I guess I will never have a perfect semester. It’s OK. I’ve realized school’s not about the grades, it’s about what you get out of the whole experience. I can’t say my college experience has been perfect, but can’t complain.. It’s helped me land some pretty decent jobs and internships… -=)

I’ve never gotten a 4.0 in my whole college career. I’m a senior, and this is my last chance. I’m taking six classes so I know it’ll be really tough, but I think I can do it. So far so good. I like all my classes and love the professors.. Betweens work, class an volunteer work, I’m gonna have a hell of a workload. Help.
