That is a Chinese saying according to the side bar when I went to check my cheers on this goal. This goal is more of a journey rather than a destination. And, by making every effort to being closer to the ideal of this goal it is very rewarding. I’ll continually have to work to do this better and better, but I’m resolved to do it now.

This week’s been fairly stressful, and I’ve dealt with it most appropriately, but I’m dead tired after it all. I plan on going to bed within the hour, and am getting off-line to attempt some rest. I cannot sleep in due to having to be somewhere in the morning.

Update on #1 and #2: 2 years ago

I’ve had inconsistent results with these. I need to work more on these in the upcoming week. I’m not feeling well consistently because of this. I think I’ll use this goal as a springboard for some further thought on how to go about this.

I’ve done really badly on this, this week. However, I have very ambitious plans on getting this out of the way by 9 p.m. tomorrow.

I did well with my class preparation. I plan to scan the material Sunday night, prepare my visual aids and worksheets on Monday night, and then reading the material on Tuesday with review on Wednesday before classtime. This way, I’ll get a few days off from thinking about class, but still put adequate time into it.

Monday's progress: 2 years ago
  1. Regain balance with my sleep. Went to bed at 10:55 p.m.
  2. Regain balance with my nutrition. Most of my nutritional ranges will be on target for today.
  3. Make proper time for class preparation. From 5:30 to 6:30 tomorrow I will read and prepare visual aids and worksheets.
  4. Make good progress with “Maintain home” project. Did some work in my kitchen tonight.

I really have got to start doing this! 2 years ago

I get involved in something and I’ll put a whole lot of time into it, and not a whole lot into something else. I have recently been reminded of this because I have a specific project off-site that I keep a spreadsheet updated daily, and usually that is the case. However, I checked on it today, and I’m 9 days behind!!! :(

I don’t know what my goal definition will be so I can evaluate when I accomplish this, but I need to work on this pretty soon.
