How to take a nap by ar3sera

"Most important 30 mins in the day!"

How I did it: I make it a point to have a nap - proper one mind you...
Phone is off, music is soft, room is dark, sometimes i put the air on, and most importantly, naps are between 30mins to 45mins max!

Yup i get up naturally... no need for an alarm or anything :) took a while to get into a regular pattern. I know when i'm out of it (like if i'm down with the flu) when my naps head past an hour and i'm still a zombie.

But i usually wake up refreshed :)

    I will try to do this. this is really great 4 months ago

    This is such an energy booster. It makes the body and mind refreshed and young. It really rejuvenates the body. I am going to do this at the lnch time after lunch. Its nice :-)

    Yesterday afternoon it was Father’s Day and we all took a nap. Quite a long one. Then soon afterwards we all went to bed. Very nice.

    Last night I slept for ten hours and managed to sleep through the baby crying. Guess I needed it. I imagine I’ll be doing the baby soothing tonight then to make up for it. I had a nap in the afternoon too.

    I work from home a lot and sometimes I’m not even working just doing stuff like this. Then I stay up late to catch up. Even a short half hour afternoon slumber would be a good break.
