go to a cubs game at wrigley

I’ve been to two games at Wrigley in the past five years, the most recent one was last summer. It was so much fun.

There might have been another game well before that—if so, it was probably freezing cold and the Cubs lost, so I might be trying to forget that one…

My boyfriend is a huge baseball fan, so I took him to a Cubs game at Wrigley Field in Chicago for his birthday. It was a gorgeous day, and the game was top-notch. I saw a lot of homeruns and some really great plays. And I’m not even a huge baseball fan. :P I had fun, and so did the BF, so it was a great experience!

The cold beer only left me wishing for something to spike the hot chocolate. Chicago weather was partly to blame, because the frigid wind whipping through the nosebleeds was brutal. The Cubs were partly to blame, because it’s kind of hard to keep a chin up in that wind when you are down by fourteen runs (no joke) to the Brewers. But really, Wrigley itself was also to blame, because of the huge column that obstructed my view of first, third and the pitcher.

I am there

I’ve been to a handful of Cubs games. I love being there. I have even taken a tour of Wrigley Field and played catch in the outfield. It’s one of the highlights of my life.

It’s a cultural experience – you gotta do it! I want to do it again and again and again.

Wrigley field is one of the top and most historic baseball fields ever! If you love baseball you have to go. I went to Chicago in October and it was so worth it.

I’m going again this month, so psyched!

I have been there a few times over the years. I have been in the nosebleed section, bleachers to a skybox. Every time you go its a new experience!! Fans are passionate and wonderful!!

Seen a couple games at Wrigley. Reds, Brewers, SF, SD.
1 night game and 2 roof tops. Haven’t been in the bleachers, yet.
