    Well, maybe not quite a bottle a day, but at least now I drink much more water then before. Which is definitely good for my health in general and my skin in particular.

    I’m going to start to drink more water and less coffee. I drink at least 3 cups of coffee a day and rarely any water. I think thats where i get my NRG to stay up so late.
