I don’t walk every day, but I try and do it a few times a week… there is definitely a difference in my overall mood :)
How I did it: Walk with wife at evening everyday after dinner. It's great to sharing thoughts with wife and have a full hour chat with the love one. It's also great way to lose weight.

It’s so true. So many times I sat inside my home, not doing anything and thinking about crap. When I’m walking outside, I feel clearer and more open.
I love walking so this was an easy one to accomplish. Walking is my only “me” time so it’s absolutely necessary for me to do, I just need to keep up the habit of doing it everyday because I feel so great afterwards. I like to really get my arms pumping and work up a sweat and breathe as deeply as possible to clear out my lungs. I try to use it as a time to meditate as well, to empty my mind and only focus on my breath and the sensations in my body and I come home so relaxed and energized.
I will walk with my dog – both of us need the exercise….now if it would only cool off a little here in Florida…
