I was 180 lbs in january. In June I was 119. 130 was too much when i got there, but 119 is fiiiine ;)

At least i dont gorge on things and dont have an appitie for everything. Only few things do i like. Sticking to those have seem to keep me skinny and i am thankfull for that. I am single to and not out spending money because i really dont have that much so that helps. my body is importnat to me. I dont want to be afraid anymore.
Any1 got any tips on how i can lose 12 lbs? maby more. that would be good.

Ok, now that I’m down to 136Lbs this is going to be my new personal challenge – less than 130 before June 21 (first day of summer). I went down 5 Pound in two months, so I’m confident I’ll make it to 129- before Bikini Time. BTW I don’t think the Special K Challenge or the SlimQuick had to do with the improvement: Special K Challenge is a pain after a couple of weeks and will only work if you are overeating and have to drastically cut calories. The SlimQuick success stories are most likely a result of the excersice and diet plan included when you buy the pills. Yes, agree, if you want to go down a couple of pounds, you should exercise and eat more healthy, but then why take the SQ pills?
