Not a big change but I had some setbacks… back on track, and at 138.5.
How to lose weight so that I weight 130 pounds, and keep at that weight.
How I did it: -Cut midnight snacks
-Stop eating fast food (once in a while is OK)
-Stop drinking sodas (again, once in a while is OK)
-If you are thirsty, drink WATER.
-Walk everyday (an hour a day will help a lot)
-Excersie, do something fun!
-Eat in smaller portions
-Eat until you are satisfied, then STOP.
-Fruits are great snacks.
-Do not get obsessed, take baby steps.
Lessons & tips: Take Baby steps, and set realistic goals. Weight might take a while to go away, but it will stay away and it will be worth it.
Resources: -Water
-Water and water
-Excersive (Fun activities, a good idea: hula hoop)
-A colon cleanser at the beginning of the diet can be beneficial, but not necessary.

Two days at 138.7. Getting there…my goal is about 1.5 lb/week… which means I’ll ACTUALLY lose like 1/wk. ;)
So, about 9 weeks to go!
I started on this plan in earnest last week when I hit 143 something. I’m still on track to reach my goal by June.
Ok, well actually I don’t know how much I weigh today. I think 142. So that’s 12 lbs. away. The most I feel OK about is 136. At least it’s nearly spring, which makes this a bit easier. I’ll aim for 1 lb. per week, so this will take me 3 months. I’ll be 136 by mid-April. By June I should be 130. I will try to exercise 5x per week for at least 30 minutes each time.

Actually my goal is 138-140lbs., which has been my average weight as an adult for the last 10 years, until the last 2 years. My current plan is to lose 1-2 pounds every week for the next 4-5 months to reach my goal of 140. I am confident this will happen. I’m not as stressed about money and I have access to a gym and healthy food.
Right now I am at 190Lb and my height is 1.53M.. I am with an extremely good looking man and it just hit me..if I don’t do something about my appearance I can lose him to any skinny bitch..when he met me I wasn’t this fat..I would like a buddy to help me through this journey.
I was 180 lbs in january. In June I was 119. 130 was too much when i got there, but 119 is fiiiine ;)
Any1 got any tips on how i can lose 12 lbs? maby more. that would be good.
