Actually my goal is 138-140lbs., which has been my average weight as an adult for the last 10 years, until the last 2 years. My current plan is to lose 1-2 pounds every week for the next 4-5 months to reach my goal of 140. I am confident this will happen. I’m not as stressed about money and I have access to a gym and healthy food.

Right now I am at 190Lb and my height is 1.53M.. I am with an extremely good looking man and it just hit me..if I don’t do something about my appearance I can lose him to any skinny bitch..when he met me I wasn’t this fat..I would like a buddy to help me through this journey.

New Personal Challenge - Before Summer 2 years ago

Ok, now that I’m down to 136Lbs this is going to be my new personal challenge – less than 130 before June 21 (first day of summer). I went down 5 Pound in two months, so I’m confident I’ll make it to 129- before Bikini Time. BTW I don’t think the Special K Challenge or the SlimQuick had to do with the improvement: Special K Challenge is a pain after a couple of weeks and will only work if you are overeating and have to drastically cut calories. The SlimQuick success stories are most likely a result of the excersice and diet plan included when you buy the pills. Yes, agree, if you want to go down a couple of pounds, you should exercise and eat more healthy, but then why take the SQ pills?
