Since we’re going to be in Chattanooga for several weeks, I decided to get a short-term gym membership and a personal trainer – it real does help to have someone waiting for you to show up at the gym. It’s just enough to get me to pull myself away from work in order to go and work out. Maybe it’s the key to keeping yourself going and working out – just enough extra accountability. And the trainer gets you to push yourself those few extra reps each time that probably make all the difference. So, one of the big things we’re working on is core strength. So, I’ve got some momentum going on this one now…
