Prepare for Halloween

I made the Halloween CD the day before Halloween. On the day, carved another pumpkin when “The Nightmare Before Christmas” was on. Went to rock pub & club in evening with my boyfriend (took the pumpkin out with me – it was free into the club with a pumpkin).

it’s a matter of days away! I want to make a Halloween CD but I don’t have a big list of songs (I have a bit of an idea – it’s a start I suppose!). I also want to watch “The Nightmare Before Christmas” at some point. At least I’m fairly prepared already – the Skull Cake is made, and I know I’m a witch again this year (pretty simple, but still cool, costume), and I’ve carved some little pumpkins!

On 22nd Oct I made the skull cake with my mum, she later iced it. I tried a bit today and so did my boyfriend. It’s lovely!

Tonight I went to Fright Night (with Jason, mum and mum’s boyfriend), so I wore my witch costume for the first time this year!

Today I hollowed out & carved a little pumpkin!

It’s October now, so it’s only a month.

I’m looking forward to it.

just about all i can do this year.
i don’t have it in me, neither the spirit nor the money.
i am looking forward to my costume… i think that will be nice.

i hope next year is better.

Took out the bin from the attic. Hung up 2 things and then put everything back in the attic. I must be more depressed than i admit to myself, to not be very interested in halloween this year.
A lot of it has to do with the house. I was looking forward to decorating maybe even having a party. now, we’re just selling it and moving on and the dream has just gone to shit.

I haven’t even made my jack-o-lantern :(

anyway,
i’ve got my box of Boo Berry cereal to stuff my face with.

I would like to carve at least another pumpkin. Make a Halloween CD 2008 once I’ve got enough songs. This year I’m going to dress as a witch, as I did for Fright Night. Looking forward to Halloween! One day to go!

Been sorting through the box with Halloween stuff in, put some in the living room, on the front door, mum put some in the hall and on the kitchen window. It’s starting look a bit Halloweeny! Yay!

Made the skull cake. Still got to put the icing on, but apart from that it’s done now! Yay!
