I bought a new journal at Barnes and Noble. Its a beautiful rich leather with nice thick pages. It’s a pleasure to write in and is really encouraging be to write more. My last two journals have years worth of entries and still were never totally filled. I would like to fill this one before the end of the year.

I tried journaling throughout most of my life in paper journals, and never could keep one going. Two and a half years ago, I started a LiveJournal online, and that’s proven to be the solution for me. I love journaling online, and I’ve now been keeping my journal regularly for that entire period of time.
I find that it helps me clear my mind, and I also love that I’m putting down my “history” in a place where I can find it in the future, or that my son can read it when he’s older. Going back and reading things I’ve written before can be so interesting. I love it.

I started journaling for the last year or so. But i tend to forget to for a couple of weeks which really sucks. I’m trying to decide whether to stick to just internet journaling or keep going with my journal. I think for now I’ll stick with both and rewrite a lot but eventually i’ve got to choose and concentrate solely on one.

I used to write down and deal with my thoughts and experiences since I was a kid – this was something I picked up from succesful people as one of the things that they preached over and over.
Anyway, this has always helped to spurt new growth in my life as I learn to deal with the rough times and the good times in my life and what it meant for me and my overall growth.
Journaling was been a life saver for me and it can’t be done enough.
For the inquisitive minds >> journaling helps to reprogram your sub-conscious mind, which otherwise develops on its own accord without your consent.
For the visual mind >> you can either choose to tend to your own gardens (removing the weeds) or you can let it grow wild.

I’m loving all the journaling I’m doing for Passion Into Practice (www.passionintopractice.com) and Laughing Sage Wellness (www.laughingsagewellness.com). After these programs are over, I want to learn to incorporate journaling (sans assignments) into my everyday life.
