How I did it: I did this test a few years ago and was over 6.8 years older than i was. Well In the past few months I have a made alot of changes so i decide to redo the test and well heres my results: Calendar Age
31.6 Difference
+1.0 RealAge
32.6 So I made a lot choices and looks like it has done alot of good for me!!

My body is apparently thirteen and a half years older than it should be. Sounds about right, I think I feel and look more that age than the age I actually am. The question is, am I going to do anything about it??
