I figured out if I wake-up before 10am and do 100 an hour. By 8pm I will have completed this aim.
Change to working core muscles various ways: some of these will be isometric and others will be crunches.
Working temp work at the factory has proven much more feasible. I flex the abs and move as I work, almost never sitting, never standing still.
When I go to the gym I usually do 300 situps. I want to see if I can get to 1000.

i was bored one night so i decided to do this. it was hard but felt great when i did the last one i gotta say do it cause its great when your finished. o an try to do like 100 at a time instead of 20 at a time give yourself a challenge
I’ve been doing just 25 sit-ups each night, but I’m trying to do more. I’ve already done 30 today, and I’m itching to do another set of ten.
