Well no one wants to do this with me! I can do this myself in my head and threw e-mail so off the list it goes!

here is the deal every week i will post an entry here. and i will state a question in the entry! I will give my answer and thoughts about the question!
I am doing this because everyone can use some extra help on self help! and with a group of peeps we can stay motivated!
Rules: Be honest to yourself—you don’t have to post everything but ensure your being truthful and honest to yourself!
You do not have to participate every week or ever question but i wish we all would!
someweeks may get busy for me if that is the case there will be no question…
team memembers are aloud to post questions about questions and to post there own informational insite..
