So this month I’m going to try to get back on track.
I have been eating more sugary foods the past couple of days. It reminds me of how I used to eat. I want to cut the sugar.
I will start taking my vitamins again.
I will make time to work out! Since I have not been working out that much I don’t feel that things are as tone or as tight as they were. I feel more jiggly:(
I will floss at least three times a week. 8 months ago
So I haven’t been updating this, but it is still on something I’m working towards.
Soda – I’ve only had a handful since my March update.
Vitamins – The week leading upto my SIL’s wedding was busy and I was only taking them sporadically. I still haven’t quite gotten back on track.
Fitness – my daughter is working on potty training through the night so I’m back to not getting much sleep with the multiple wake-ups at night time. I have not been getting up and going to the gym like I want to. My cross-fit class is cancelled for the summer and I just found out that my spin class will only be for one day during the summer. Going to have to refocus on my fitness.
Water – I have been drinking more than enough water during the day. I’m happy with how I’m doing with this portion.
Floss – I have not been flossing at all! 8 months ago
The best bet to improving one’s health is to health and drink healthier. Even that is more important than exercising, though exercising is still greatly recommended and for good reason. Other than those two things, you guys next best bet is probably to find a affordable health care aide program like at Calgary. 10 months ago
So I’m not sure how long it has been since my last soda. I’ve been very good and have not had one in a while.
I have taken my vitamins every day of March so far.
I worked out 17 days in February. I have been doing a few exercies every day at home and I have taken 2 crossfit classes and a spin class so far for March!
I have been sleeping and eating better! 12 months ago
This goal resumes well all what I need to do, eat better, exercise more, follow my doctor’s instructions, go to the dentist without freaking out.

No soda – I don’t usually drink soda, but I have been bad for the month of December. So I’m going to stop drinking for JanuaryTake vitamins – I have not been taking my vitamins like I should. I miss more days than I take.
Gym – go at least 3 time a week for the month
Water – drink at least 96oz of water per day
Floss – at least 4 times a week 14 months ago
