At this point I am not even doing bench presses. I am completing the 100 pushups program and doing dips at the gym. I’m not going to get into bench presses until I have met my body weight goals. That’s 100 pushups and at least 12 pullups. 1 week ago

Today I put up 150 lbs 6 times. I am 216 lbs. I’d say 66 pounds to go, but I’m probably going to meet it in the middle somwhere around 190 or so. 2 years ago
