Maybe it took a bit more time to do the 12 runs but I don’t care so neither should anyone else. My stamina has improved somewhat but running hurts my legs like hell. After about 6 minutes it feels like my ankles want to detach themselves from the rest of my legs and my shins are in splinters – or at least that’s what it feels like. So running may not be the best thing for me. I might check on getting some shoes that would be better for me but for now I’m calling it a day. Too bad, peanut spread.

Hey, at least I’m doing it!
So yesterday I ran, and today I ran again. I think that this is the perfect month for me to go running. It will release a bit of stress and help me focus on other things than the things I don’t want to focus on.
So, I will post my stats (oh gods, I will regret this…) in order to embarrass myself into improving them. :”)

For the record, my first goal is to keep running for 10 minutes without walking which means improving my average pace (which is now at 5:50 min/km) and consequently the distance. Right now it is exactly around the park and back to my front door. I may have to build in an extra loop as I improve. And I will. :)
