go to a fancy dress party

How I did it:

• Me and a group of mates got invited to my friend's cousin's a fancy dress party.
• We all went shopping for fancy dress outfits together and tried lots on, was a really good day.  
• Since my budget was smaller than everyone else's i decided on a simple outfit. A Rambo type get up. 
• I wore camouflage trousers and a white vest top that i covered in camo paint that cost £2.20 from the army surplus store, some cheap timberlands, and an army gun from the pound shop.  
• I covered myself in camo paint and my friends and fun applyin it all over my arms :D  
• All in all my outfit looked really good...i felt like Rambo :D 

Lessons & tips:

• Fancy dress shops are good for ideas but they can be quite expensive, so if your on a tight budget like i was then pick an outfit that is easy to find in other shops at cheaper prices. Especially with accessories, the gun for example was £6.75 in the fancy dress shop and not only was it cheaper in the pound shop, it looked better to.
• If you go with friends make sure you talk about what outfits you're wearing just in case someone picks the same one!   
• If you are going with friends you could even pick a theme, like all going as characters from the simpsons, the flinstones, scoody doo...these were the ideas my friends came up with but we could never settle on a theme we all liked haha   
• Have Fun!! Don't be nervous! It's all good fun!
