I currently go to yoga classes on a monday/thursday night for and hour and a half. More often than not, I’ll only go to one class a week, but now that summer’s here and exams are over, I’m going to try to go twice a week, and maybe practice the sun salute every morning before college.
How to practice yoga twice a week

How I did it: I started Bikrim Yoga last October. I made myself go at least twice a week. At first, the heat was unbearable but as I stuck with it I began to enjoy it. Now, I don't feel right unless I go at least twice per week.
Lessons & tips: Whether it's Bikrim or another type of Yoga the main thing I would say is to listen to your body. Every body has a different level of flexibility and strenght. Leave your ego at the door. Yoga is not a competition.
