I’ve been twice a week over the last two weeks. I used to have a consistent practice before I got hooked on CrossFit and I guess my fitness interests changed because I don’t enjoy yoga as much as I used to. I seem to get bored. Regardless, I lost a lot of flexibility over the past year and I know yoga is good for me so I want to start going regularly again. Maybe I will also try a different style of yoga, like yin yoga. 6 months ago
