Becoming balanced would definately change my life for the better. I think im gona start doing meditation in the morning- even 5 minutes helps.
To become a balanced, well rounded person. For most of my life, however, I have always tipped one way or another, depending on the day. Not very stable… I have often been very emotional (or completely lacking emotion) and have sometimes seriously FREAKED OUT.
If I were to accept myself, accept the world, handle things gracefully, and humble myself
If I were to practice meditation, moderation, tolerance, compassion, and acceptance
I would consider myself balanced and successful.
