update my address for voter registration

Despite having had the Alameda County registrar of voters lie to me about whether they’d be willing to fax the ballot, and despite my absentee ballot not getting received at my US address until a week before the election, I was still able to have it mailed and returned on time (by spending $80 on FedEx and express mail). Moral: the Alameda County registrar of voters doesn’t, apparently, care much about whether people living abroad are able to vote.
