I’ve been going to the pool 4-5 days/week lately, my boyfriend’s swimming competitively this year with me & he’s never done it before so we’ve been practicing a lot. I certainly feel a lot faster and less tired than last year. I guess I’ll just have to wait until my meets begin in November!

havent been swimming much because of work and holiday but, im free starting monday so swimmming much more and i brought expensive new goggles so i have to swim now.

went swimming again today. still no program but i have a tempo trainer that helps to keep your rythm when swimming so i used that which worked really well. planning on going agin early tomorrow

went swimming for an hour must have done about a mile. concentrated on leg work need to write out a program to follow for the next time.

swim more often. at least 3 times a week. concentrate on endurance and kicking. do 400m in less than 5min.

I need to break 30 on my 25 free
and 2 minutes on my 100 free
I would love to get my 500 free down to around 7 minutes (which is kind of slow, but it’s at 11 right now)
I’ve been swimming for 1 month, tryouts are next week.
