I started doing this (again) last week. Before I used the paper logs from the meetings. I have no intentions on going to the meetings again so I need a good preferably online tracking tool. Can anyone recommend one?

I think I will revise this so that I try to do a percentage. Track my points at least 5 out of 7 days of the week. I tracked 2 days then didn’t track 2 days.
I joined WW back in may 2006. I was fairly successful and lost over 30lbs. Now I’m back up a few pounds and I want to get myself back in gear. I really really really want to reach my goal. Today I changed from the monthly meeting pass to the online only pass. Someday I will change back to the meeting pass so I can get all the rewards associated with that. But for now I just need to make a change to wake myself up.
Hey guys, I’ve been off the WW points for a while now and things are slowly getting out of control. I’m leaving for Florida on Thursday so I don’t want to set myself up for failure by saying I’ll do the points. I plan to start upon my return – Feb 27! Who’s in???
I think about a year ago, I quit going to WW meetings and signed up for the online program. I figured that if I didn’t follow it, the monthly costs were lower. I always thought I would someday get back to it – but every day I didn’t eat well meant it was harder to do so.
Today I weighed myself for the first time since July, and was pleased to see that I only gained 4 pounds. I also started tracking today’s points. My immediate goal is to track at least 4 days this week. Eventually, I’ll work on improving what I eat, and getting more exercise.
Sushi.. walnuts.. Cliff Bar… Chicken Soup.. 8 glasses of water… 3 beers.. and a Snickerdoodle cookie.

I am finally back on track with this goal. I expect to have a good week this week too being more conscious of what I eat. I also think I am going to have to cut the beer out too.. empty calories are killing me. I am very sad about that.. but such is life.

I just got back from being on the road for just about two weeks. What a day to start tracking my points again… Thanksgiving. I will wait until tomorrow and get back into the groove.
